As women who are creating, leading, and giving so much to the world, it’s easy to pour into everything and everyone—except ourselves.

 My deepest wish is for every woman to take the time to refill her own cup. It’s time  to nourish our bodies and spirit, and to reconnect with what truly lights us up.

I want to create the container and space and give you the processes to fully honor yourself where you get to play with life and receive all of the juiciness available to you.

I created this online retreat so that you have the space to reconnect to you, your body, and your own wisdom so that you feel aligned with all areas of your life. 

When we are connected, it allows us to be in the flow, trust that we are on the right path, and  receive with ease, embody our desires, and be in softness knowing that we are supported and taken care of instead of having to push or fight for our space in life. This is the Feminine way.
